The £500 fee is the price of an ongoing premium service — managed hosting, security, maintenance, monthly technical SEO and AI optimisation, and dedicated support — not a build repayment that winds down. It keeps delivering the entire time you’re on it, which is why most clients stay well beyond the first year.

The only thing connected to the first 12 months is the website itself: because we built it at no upfront cost, ownership of the build transfers to you, free, at month 12. If you want to leave before then and keep the site, you settle the remaining unrecovered build cost — a one-off, transparent figure. If you leave without keeping the site, there’s nothing further to pay. Either way, your content, brand and domain are yours from day one.

We migrate your existing site to our high-performance WordPress platform as part of onboarding, preserving your SEO equity and content. The subscription covers the migration plus all ongoing improvements.

You own your content, brand assets, media library and domain — always, from day one. If you leave the subscription, we hand over a clean export of all your content and media regardless of when you go.

Ownership of the website build itself transfers to you, at no extra cost, after the first 12 months — free, with one month’s notice to take it. Because we built the site at no upfront cost, that’s the point at which we’ve fully recovered our investment through the monthly fee.

If you want to leave within the first 12 months, you have two clean paths:

• Keep the site. Settle the remaining unrecovered build cost — a single, transparent figure we set out in advance. The longer you’ve been with us, the smaller that figure. It’s fair recovery of a real investment, not an exit fee.
• Don’t keep the site. Cancel with 30 days’ notice and there’s nothing further to pay. The build stays with us; everything that was ever recognisably yours leaves with you.

The transfer at month 12 is reassurance, not a finish line: most clients simply stay because the service keeps earning its place. We mention it so you know there’s no version of this where you end up permanently dependent on us to keep control of your own site.

A one-off build costs £5,000-15,000 upfront, then you typically pay separately for hosting, maintenance and SEO (around £700-2,000/month combined). The subscription bundles everything for a single predictable monthly fee, with continuous improvements rather than a static “launch and forget” site.

For Premium subscriptions, your new site is typically live in 2-4 weeks. Premium+ projects with custom integrations take longer depending on scope.
