No long-term contract — subscriptions are month-to-month with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month by delivering value.

That said, the subscription model is built around long-term value, not month-one delivery. The first month is heavy on setup and migration; the value compounds over months as we layer in SEO improvements, AI visibility work, and ongoing optimisation. We are happy with clients who stay 5+ years; we are not the right fit for someone who wants a one-month build-and-go.

One milestone worth knowing: after 12 months you gain full ownership of the underlying platform — theme code, components and customisations — so if you ever decide to leave, you take the whole site with you and deploy it on any hosting provider. See Who owns the website if I leave? below.

We migrate your existing site to our high-performance WordPress platform as part of onboarding, preserving your SEO equity and content. The subscription covers the migration plus all ongoing improvements.

You own your content, brand assets, media library and domain — always. If you leave the subscription, we hand over a clean export of all your content and media.

For the first 12 months, the underlying platform (our pre-optimised WordPress infrastructure, custom theme components, proprietary plugins and hosting setup) is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription — that licence model is what makes a complete digital stack possible at this monthly price.

After 12 months, full ownership transfers to you. If you decide to leave after the first year, you take the whole site with you: the theme code, the components, the customisations and a complete site export ready to deploy. You can move it to your own hosting provider, another agency, or run it in-house — no lock-in, no platform tax, no exit fee.

The subscription is built to work for both sides: we earn your business month-to-month for the first year while the heavier setup, migration and SEO foundation work pays back, and you walk away with a fully transferable asset after twelve months if you ever choose to.

A one-off build costs £5,000-15,000 upfront, then you typically pay separately for hosting, maintenance and SEO (around £700-2,000/month combined). The subscription bundles everything for a single predictable monthly fee, with continuous improvements rather than a static “launch and forget” site.

For Premium subscriptions, your new site is typically live in 2-4 weeks. Premium+ projects with custom integrations take longer depending on scope.
