Outbound email and anti-spam policy

Agile Digital Agency Ltd does not use spam to advertise agiledigitalagency.com or any other web site we operate. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not use deceptive subject lines, false sender details or forged headers. We keep first-contact messages free of links wherever possible; where one is included, it leads only to a report prepared for that specific recipient, never to advertising.

No affiliate, reseller, partner, contractor or other third party may advertise our web sites using unsolicited messages. Any who do will have their relationship with us ended.

Our own outreach is limited to targeted business-to-business messages that identify the sender, show our postal address and include a clear way to opt out. We honour opt-out requests promptly, and we remove those addresses from all future mailing.
