Juan Pineda

Juan Pineda is Managing Partner at Agile Digital Agency, which he has led since 2018. He has spent more than 25 years in technology. He started as a developer in Madrid and Paris, ran development teams in London, and moved into agency leadership from there. That route matters for the work. Before advising professional-services firms on technical SEO and AI-search visibility, he spent a decade building the kind of platforms he now audits. At Redbox Digital he led the team behind large e-commerce builds for Fortnum & Mason, Bettys & Taylors and Novartis. In Paris he built multilingual content platforms for Nestlé, Krups, Tefal and Printemps. His first commercial system was the online contributions platform for Spain's Ministry of Public Works. Today he leads strategy and delivery for law firms, financial services businesses and B2B consultancies across the UK, US and Spain: bespoke WordPress engineering, technical SEO, and visibility in AI search. In 2009 he co-founded Sofyma, a Sofia-based development studio providing specialist nearshore engineering capability to organisations and agencies internationally. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA from ESIE, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He works in Spanish, English and French.
